Full Home Renovation
Quadrant Design Architects have a sensational 30-year track record in bringing to life new homes and renovations across Melbourne. For their client, their beloved Art Deco heritage home in Blackburn needed to be renovated to meet the needs of their growing family and the requirements of working at home. With a strict five-month deadline, we carried out the renovation with particular care to meet the architectural brief that played homage to the original Art Deco style.

Works included:
- All-new double glazed timber windows
- New kitchen, laundry, and bathrooms
- Re-insulating walls and ceiling throughout
- Re-sand existing hardwood floors
- Remove gas burner and renew existing wood fire
In addition to the architectural design-led construction, Assembuild also assisted the client with designing and constructing external works and landscaping elements which further enhanced the project while still managing to meet the agreed construction period.
